Is 4 days enough to see Vietnam?

Four days is enough to cover one main region of Vietnam in a focused way. You can combine a city like Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City with one major side trip such as Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Ba Na Hills or Mekong Delta. If you want to see both North and South in one visit, consider a longer itinerary such as our 6-day or 7-day tours.

Which 4-day route is best for first-time visitors from India?

For most first-time visitors, the Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Halong Bay combination is the most balanced, because it shows the capital city, rural landscapes and a world-famous bay in one short trip. If you prefer beaches and a more resort-style feel, the Da Nang – Hoi An route is often better.

Can I customise the hotels and activities in a 4-day package?

Yes. All itineraries are sample templates. You can choose a different hotel category, replace group tours with private tours, add extra Indian or vegetarian meals, or swap certain activities depending on your interests and pace.

Are 4-day tours suitable for children and senior travellers?

Yes, as long as the daily schedule includes enough rest time. For families with young children or senior travellers, we recommend avoiding late arrivals, limiting hotel changes, and choosing comfort-oriented activities. Our consultants can adjust the itinerary to match your family’s needs.

How do I book a 4-day Vietnam tour with Vietnam Story?

Start by selecting one of the sample itineraries and sending an enquiry with your travel dates, group size, hotel preference and departure city in India. Our team will prepare a customised proposal with inclusions, exclusions and clear pricing. Once approved, we handle confirmations, vouchers and local support until you return home.

Vietnam 4 Day Tour Packages From India

This page is the commercial collection for Vietnam 4-day tour packages from India. Use it to compare live packages by route, hotels, inclusions, transport and current package price.

If you are still deciding how to use four days in Vietnam, read our Vietnam 4-day itinerary guide first. That guide owns the route choice, day-by-day pacing, what to include and what to skip.

How to compare the 4-day packages below

Four days is a short trip, so compare each package on the details that materially change the experience rather than only the headline price:

Route: which one region is the package actually built around?
Hotel base: how many hotel changes are required?
Airport timing: how much of Day 1 and Day 4 is usable?
Excursions: which major day trip or cruise is included?
Service basis: private or shared transfers and sightseeing?
Meals: what is written as included and what dietary requests are confirmed?

What is normally included in a 4-day land package?

Inclusions vary by product. Depending on the selected package, services may include hotels, breakfast, listed transfers, selected sightseeing, guides, entrance tickets, cruise services and specified meals.

International flights from India and any domestic flight inside Vietnam should be treated as excluded unless they are explicitly written into the selected package or final quotation.

How to compare the package price

Use the live prices shown below as a reference for that specific package and service basis. Final quotations can change with travel dates, hotel category, group size, rooming, private/shared services and optional upgrades.

For the wider holiday budget beyond the land package, use our Vietnam trip cost from India guide.

Before sending an enquiry

Share your travel dates, departure city in India, number of travellers, preferred region, hotel level, food requirements and whether the group includes children or senior travellers. On a four-day trip, flight timing and hotel location often matter more than adding another attraction.

If four days feels too compressed, compare the wider Vietnam tour package collection before adding another region.
