Description

Indochine Cruise, certain to be the most luxurious cruiser on Lan Ha bay, this new member of the Indochina Sails family will comprise of forty-three and light luxury cabins in across four categories: Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite and President Suite. Each cabin is constructed out of rich oak, with high windows and private balconies so that guests can make the most of the incredible views.  Verified 4 hour tour of Hanoi -old quarter, train street, rickshaw, mausoleum Miami was our tour guide, she was magnificent! We did a private tour with just my husband and I. She was so informative, and explained so much about the culture and history of Vietnam. It was our first visit, so we learned a lot. She answered all of our many questions, and her English was excellent! When we booked our trip she adjusted the things to see based on our interest. I would highly recommend!  Verified One of the memorable trips of my life This trip to vietnam was one of the memorable trips of my life because of the wonderfull services provided by Vietnam stories, the wing of the Indochina travel group looking after Indian clients. They booked all the facilities that were promised in the itinerary and were transparent. The locations they booked were always in the heart of city giving you also enough opportunities to explore. They made are trip comfortable and went out of the way to arrange fireworks viewing in Da Nang. The people of Vietnam are polite, friendly and the country is beautiful.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Tuan Chau - Dark And Bright Cave - Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

Timeline

08:00-08:30: The group car will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to Halong Bay.
11:45 – 12:00: Guests are transferred by speedboat/tender from Indochina Sails’s Tuan Chau Pier to Indochine Cruise – enjoy welcome drink, listen cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13:15 – 14:00: Passengers enjoy Lunch.
15:30: The crew take passengers visit the Dark and Bright (also known as Bat Cave) grotto is not only known for the stunning limestone structure at every turn but also for the interesting natural habitat. The best way to explore this cave is doing kayaking or bamboo sampan drive by local people through the tunnel so you will spend mostly your time relaxing and enjoy the quiet and natural place .
16:30: Return to cruise enjoy swimming in the bay.
17:45: Depart and cruise for about 30 minutes to anchor overnight.
18:15: Attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef. During the lesson, the chef will conduct Fruit and Vegetable carving, showing the guests how we decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.
19:15: Set Menu Dinner is served.
20:30: Evening activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available. Also, everyone can try their luck at Squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew.
22:30: End of Program for Day 1.

Timeline

06:00: Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
06:15: Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.
07:15: Cruise crew takes guests visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island.
09:00: Guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins.
09:30: Enjoy a Brunch in the restaurant. Bills are settled after Brunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:00: Arrive at Indochina Sails’s Pier at Tuan Chau Port.
11:00 – 12:00: The group car will pick you up at the cruise and transfer to Hanoi.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).
I found them online and detailed conversation with Ms Channy, we finalised the same .She sent us the detailed itinerary covering three cities, namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
