Day 1Ho Chi Minh Arrival

Ho Chi Minh

Timeline:

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh – the largest city of Vietnam. You are greeted and picked up at the airport and then transfer to hotel. Check in time is 14h00
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Inclusion:

Day 2Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Cu Chi Tunnels

Timeline:

Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. We will visit the following places of interest:
- Independence Palace(the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
- War Remnants Museumwhich has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
- Notre Dame Cathedral& Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
- Jade Emperor Pagodawith the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.
After a few hours discovering the city, you will enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi.
- Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.
- The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Vietnam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.
- From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period!
- There is a shooting range where you can try to fire an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for a fee (this fee is not included)
- Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home.
We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city and drop you to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3Mekong Delta full day (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Mekong Delta

Timeline:

Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 2,5 hours to Cai Be. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilet. Here are some activities on the trip:
- Visit a flea market and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels of Mekong River.
- Have some fresh fruits and visit some local cottage industries (coconut candy workshop, snake wine, pop-rice, or rice paper)
- Visit an island named Tan Phong and a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and enjoy getting in touch with local life.
- Join a cooking demonstration and enjoy your wonderful lunch afterward.
- Take a cycling tour of about 30 minutes around the village -a fantastic way to experience local life.
Get back to the house, say goodbye to your hosts and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Phu Quoc (Breakfast)

Free on your own until being transferred to the airport (without tour guide) for a flight to Phu Quoc, a beautiful island in the South of Vietnam.
Once you arrive in Phu Quoc, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5Phu Quoc City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Timeline:

9h00: Pick up from your hotel at the lobby in the center of Duong Dong town (from Phu Quoc night market, along Tran Hung Dao street to Eden resort). If pick up and drop off in other areas, extra fee can be applied.
- Arrive at the harbor – board on speed boat. Visit 4 islands in the south:
- Gam Ghi Island – Snorkeling at the coral reef.
- Mong Tay Island – Enjoy the beach Xuong Island
- May Rut Island– Snorkeling at the coral reef May Rut Island: white sand lagoon – unique chillout.
- Island Sea – Having lunch on the Island Sea walker (pay by yourself): a new type of service, walk under the ocean, there are the fish flocks swimming and colorful corals reef of Phu Quoc.
- Thom Island– Speed boat arrives Thom Island: Enjoy the water park – more than 20 modern games from the world’s leading manufacturers.
- Back on the cable car (around 25 mins): Enjoy sunset and rides with a panoramic overall view of islands

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Does Vietnamstory part of the Hotel ?

How do I book tour ?

How can I request for a customized tour?

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
