Day 1Hanoi Arrival

Hanoi City

Timeline:

Welcome to Hanoi, you will be collected by our driver Hanoi Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Check in time is 14h00.
Relaxing at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2Hanoi - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay Overnight on cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) - Joint in tour

Halong Bay

Timeline:

08:15 – 08:45: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.
11:45 – 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of La Pandora cruises.
12:45 – 13:00: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.
13:00 – 13:15: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
17:30: Back to La Pandora Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games. Overnight on board.

Day 3Halong Bay - Dark and Bright Hanoi - Fly to Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast/Lunch) - By shuttle bus

Halong

Timeline:

06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay.
06:30: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
07:15: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
09:15: Back to our La Pandora Cruise, relax before checking out.
10:00: Lunch is served on board.
11h35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. Our driver will pick you up to transfer to the airport to take your domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Once arrive in Ho Chi Minh, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check in by our tour guide and driver. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4Day Trip to Mekong Delta (B/L) -Joint in tour

Mekong Delta

Timeline:

8h30 – 9h00: Depart from your hotel for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River.
- Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise Islands.
- Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and see orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music.
- Visit the fruit plantation.
- Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal
- Visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant.
- Cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta.
17h00 – 17h30: Drop off at your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5Ho Chi Minh - Transfer to Mui Ne (Breakfast) - Sunset Jeep tour to White Sand dune- Red sand dune

Mui Ne

Timeline:

Say goodbye to Ho Chi Minh City today and drive to Mui Ne Beach in Phan Thiet, four hours north.
Settle into your hotel and then start to joint the Sunset jeep tour to White Snad Sune and Red Sand Dune tour.
13h30: Pickup at your hotel in Muine heading to Fairy stream.
13:45: Visiting Fairy Stream – Where the small stream running through the middle of the red and yellow canyons, ostriches riding (at own expense)14:45: Visiting Fishing Village: Observing the daily lives of fishermen, catch is hauled to shore and fishing boats are lining up.
15:45: Visiting White Sand Dunes: Activities can be taken riding quadbikes over sand dunes (additional charge), sliding down sand dunes slopes with sand boarding (at own expense)
17:15: Visiting Red Sand Dunes Slopes are less steep than the White sand dunes, great opportunity for taking photo as red colour of the sand is great contrast to background scenery and observing the spectacular sunset over the sand dunes.
18:00: Finish Sunset Tour – After the sunset, returning back to your hotel at Mui Ne. Overnight in Muine

Day 6Mui Ne free and easy (Breakfast)

North And South Of Vietnam with Mui Ne Beach

Timeline:

Spend the day in Mui Ne as you please. Relax on golden-sand beaches or try watersports. Mui Ne is a popular kitesurfing destination.
Rise early to soak up local life at the morning market, when fishermen haul in buckets of prawns, fish, and crabs while restaurant owners barter for the best catch.
Optional activities include a late afternoon food tour where you’ll sample typical dishes like pha lau (a pork dish in coconut sauce), spring rolls, and banh xeo (rice pancakes with pork and seafood) and take a sunset coracle boat ride.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
