Day 1Day 1: Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island (Lunch/ Dinner)

Timeline

08:00 – 08:30: Our bus picks you up at your hotel.
08:30: Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours by our Limousine Shuttle Bus via High-Speed Express Way.
10:00: Stopover at Pearl Farmhouse for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes.
12:30: Welcome on board.
13:00: Lunch (During the lunch the boat is cruising pass the small fishing village).
14:20: Go to visit Sung sot cave.
- After visiting Sung sot cave, we will comeback Alisa boat, our boat keeps cruising to kayak area
16:00: Kayaking.
18:00: Enjoy Happy hour for drinking and Sunset party at the sky bar, on the 4 floors.
18:15: Cooking class (Enjoy Vietnamese traditional food – Spring rolls).
19:00: Dinner is served.
20:30: Relaxing time (Squid fishing).

Day 2Day 2: Luon Cave - Halong bay - Hanoi (Breakfast/ Brunch)

06:45 – 07:30: Breakfast is served.
07:30 – 08:30: Kayaking to Luon cave (please change your clothes because it will be wet, we don’t recommend you take your camera, cell phone together.)
09:45: Check out time (for a better arrangement, please put your luggage out of the door and return the room key at the reception). Our staff will help you transfer your luggage to the jetty in advance.
09:45 – 10:30: Early lunch is served.
10:30: Pay the bill at the bar counter on the second floor.
11:00: Say good bye to the crew and disembark in Alisa Harbor.
12:00: Get on the bus and come back to Hanoi.

CHILDREN POLICY

Under 5 years old:

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin).
From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed).

From 5 to 10 years old:

01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Cancellation policy for Tours

30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure
50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure
75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure
100% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or no show

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.
In a nutshell, it was a fabulous experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
