Day 1Hanoi - Halong - La Ha Bay - Tra Bau (Lunch/ Dinner)

Timeline

8.00 – 8.30: You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to Tuan Chau by shuttle bus.
12.15 – 12.30: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor
12.30 – 13.15: Transferred by speedboat to Dora Cruise. Welcome to Dora Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines.
13.15 – 13.30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay – Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.
14.30: After lunch time, check in and rest.
15.30 – 17.00: Do the kayaking and swimming at Tra Bau area (the background of “Kong Skull Island movie”) or use Jacuzzi (Located prow of 4th deck) Notice: Shorts or swim suite, flip flop is suitable for kayaking.
- Reception Provides: Life jackets; Towels, Dry bags (keep Camera, cellphone to take picture)
17.30: Come back to our Dora Cruise and participate in our sunset party with fruit, cake and wine. Take photos and relax.
18.00 – 18.15: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Dora Halong Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.
19.00 – 19.15 : Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.
21.00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, listen to music, squid fishing, relaxing and overnight on the Dora Cruise.

Day 2Tai Chi - Cycling At Viet Hai Vilalge - Sunset Party (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

05.30 – 07.00: Get up early for the early sunrise with fresh air.
07.00: Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands.
07.45 – 08.45: Joining light breakfast in a panorama view of the world heritage site.
- After breakfast, enjoy your time for relaxing in amazing view of the Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing.
09.15: Transfer to the Daily Boat heading to Viet Hai Village – a not touristic place surrounded by Cat Ba reserved jungle.
10.30: Visit Viet Hai Village, Options:
- Option 1: Do cycling around Viet Hai Village.
- Option 2: Use electric car to visit Viet Hai Village.
12.00: Get back to the day boat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy the lunch with beautiful view.
13.00 – 14.00: Arrive the peaceful area for swimming or Kayaking at the peaceful & beautiful Lan Ha bay. You will join the guide to kayak around the wonderful wide nature, clean water.
15.00: There is a beautiful small beach named Three Peaches as the special shaped limestone mountains surrounding . We move on to some hidden beaches around Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area and swimming there.
16.30: Back to Dora Cruise.
17.00 : Take time to refresh or play some short games or with massage services as we cruise to sleeping area. Enjoy the Sunset Party & Cooking Class on the Sundeck.
19.30: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.
After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

Day 3Lan Ha - Dark And Light Cave - Halong - Hanoi ( Breakfast/ Brunch)

05.30 – 07.00: Get up early for the early sunrise with fresh air.
07.00: Join us for a Tai Chi session for on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands.
07.45: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have light breakfast.
08.45 – 10.00: You will be at reception to go visit Dark & Bright Cave by the tender (the transfer boat) to the small floating house and there you can have opportunity to explore the cave on local bamboo boat (rowing by the locals). Enjoy the peaceful morning on the beautiful scenery surround you. Or You can stay on the cruise for relaxing.
10.00: Come back to Dora Cruise and check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
10.30: Check your cabin out. Please put your luggage in front of the door and return your room key to the receptionist, take good care of your important belongings.
10.45 – 11.00: Have lunch at the restaurant
11.30 – 11.45: Leaving of Dora Cruise get on the transfer boat back Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:15 – 12:30: Return to Hanoi.
14.00 – 14.30: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax.
15.30 – 16.00: Arrive in Hanoi. End your trip.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
