this is our 5th TAD adventure. When booking you know where you are going but from experience we know it’s the Tour Leader that will make or break the trip. Tom greeted us and started with setting up a What’s App, a great idea, it is more than just helpful, it brings the team together, sharing & caring. it didn’t take long for everyone to jump onboard adding info, asking questions and adding /sharing photos. Tom sorted our rooms, handed out our keys, had Water everyday, paid ahead for entry to excursion destinations, organised for laundry etc which certainly ment less headaches for everyone ( upgrade) Organising the bus to save walking or taxi/uber ride (upgrade) With Tom’s wide smile, warm personality & good English we knew we were in good hands, always happy to help out and deal with our issues (they happen) As a tour leader we rate him AAA. 5 Stars – Excellent Tours and Wonderful Guides! We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our recent visit to Hanoi, Vietnam! We booked two private tours, and both exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time exploring Vietnam, and the entire trip was smooth and well organised. Staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was a great experience, and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh and taking the boat ride through Trang An. The highlight of our trip was the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay. The stunning scenery, peaceful overnight stay, and morning kayaking made it a truly memorable experience. The limousine transfers were also comfortable and hassle-free throughout the trip. A special thanks to Nina for helping customise our itinerary and patiently answering all my questions from day one. Her support and guidance made the planning process much easier and gave us confidence before the trip. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we returned home with lots of beautiful memories. An Excellent Guide – Thank You, Hai Nguyen! Hai Nguyen made our Vietnam trip truly memorable! He was punctual, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our time with him. He explained everything so well that we could appreciate not just the places we visited, but also the culture and stories behind them. What touched me most was his willingness to go the extra mile. At Mua Cave, he patiently helped me climb the steps and encouraged me along the way. He also helped us take lovely photographs, assisted us with shopping, and took us to a place selling beautiful bamboo products. His suggestions to visit the night market and take an evening walk around the lake added some wonderful experiences to our trip that we might otherwise have missed. Hai was always considerate, and attentive to our needs. His warmth and genuine helpfulness made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Day 1Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

07:30 – 08:30: Pick up at your hotel. Start 2.5 hours road journey on shuttle limousine bus.
12:30 – 13:00: Welcome to Rosy Cruise. You will be given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink in the restaurant.
13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy a typical lunch in the luxury dining room while Rosy Cruise slowly glides between the numerous small islands and the sea-green color.
15:00: Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).
- Also, you can do kayaking under our tour guide’s instructions to explore many beautiful spots.
16:30: Come back to Rosy Cruise
17:30: Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin, you are invited to Sunset party (we serve you local snacks and fresh fruits).
18:00: You take part in cooking demonstration. We will guide you how to make the traditional Vietnamese dish – deep fried spring rolls.
19:15: The delicious dinner is served with fresh food set menu.
21:00: After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar or go down to the entrance of the cruise for the squid fishing (We open the light and preparing the squid fishing rods).

Day 2Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)

05:30 – 06:00: Wake up early for the sunrise (depends on the season and the weather).
- Enjoy Tai Chi session on the sundeck (If it is not raining). Tai Chi helps focus the mind and condition the body.
06:30: Light breakfast is served in the dining room with the morning view of bay’s landscape.
08:30 – 08:45: You are transferred to the Day Boat and start cruising along to explore further Lan Ha Bay.
10:00: Cycling a short trip of 5km to Viet Hai village – a small village in the midst of the jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area has become popular with foreign tourists without attracting the mass tourism so that it is still very rustic. For those who are not fancy with cycling will be arranged by electric car.
11:30: Go back to the Day Boat.
12:00: Enjoy the lunch with beautiful view on the Day Boat.
13:15: Kayaking around the area to discover further landscape of the bay.
15:00: Swimming in the sea-green water at Three Peaches beach area.
16:00 – 16:30: Say goodbye to the day boat crews and come back to Rosy Cruise.
17:30: Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin, you are invited to Sunset party (we serve you local snacks and fresh fruits).

07:30: Traditional bamboo sampan or kayaking activities in the Light cave area – a perfect destination for the adventurous visitor who would love to row or kayak on calm water surface while enjoying the cave’s impressive stonewalls.
08:30: Come back to Rosy Cruise and pack your luggage.
09:15: Check-out.
09:30: Delicious brunch is served with set menu.
10:45: After disembarking from Rosy Cruise, you will be transferred speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
