DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay - Dark and Light Cave (Lunch/ Dinner)

The cabin rate does not cover the cost of being picked up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area between 7:45 and 8:15.
From 8:15 am to 11:30 am, take the newest highway that links Hanoi and Hai Phong. Guests will be greeted by a receptionist at La Casta’s waiting lounge upon arrival at Station number 17, Tuan Chau Maria, Ha Long.
Between 11:30 and 12:00, after a short break, you will be transferred to the main boat by our fast tender (about 25 minutes). Upon boarding, the crew of La Casta will offer you a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. Afterwards, at our restaurant, you will receive a briefing regarding the La Casta Cruise as well as safety protocols. Proceed with the check-in process and make your way to your suite cabin.
Enjoy your lunch at the restaurant at 13:00. As of right now, the La Casta Cruise is setting sail for Lan Ha Bay.
At 15:45, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Ba Trai Dao area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay.
- Don’t miss the enchanting beach and the three smaller islets that resemble gigantic peaches floating on the water. Activities like kayaking, swimming, and sightseeing in the Ba Trai Dao area are available for you to join. For the safety of our guests, this destination will be transformed into Light Cave in the event of unfavorable weather.
- Lan Ha Bay is famous for its poetic and attractive seascape and its pristine natural beauty. Activities like kayaking and sightseeing on the bamboo boat are available for you to partake in. If you want to experience the breathtaking limestone structure and the clear blue sky of Lan Ha Bay to their fullest, now is the time to go swimming or on a bamboo boat ride.
Return to our La Casta cruise between 17:30 and 18:30 for a pre-dinner sunset party with a Happy Hour promotion (buy two, get one free on select drinks) at the bar, all while taking in the breathtaking sunset views of the bay.
Join us at 18:00 for a cooking demonstration, where our chef will show you the basics of making authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
19:30: Enjoy special seafood and typical Vietnamese food on the cruise. 21:00: Evening entertainment: Squid fishing, karaoke… Overnight on the La Casta Cruise.

Day 2: Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast/ Brunch)

06:15: Wake up early, join the Tai Chi session on sundeck area, enjoy the fresh atmosphere and watch the sunrise in Lan Ha Bay.
07:00 – 07:45: Have breakfast. Admit morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
08:00:
- Stroke the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets
- Visit the famous Tra Bau, it’s time for freely kayak and explore the landscape, or swim…
09:00: Back to your cabin, relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.
09:30: Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check out procedure and enjoy your brunch at La Casta cruise.
10:30: Enjoy the brunch at restaurant.
11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau harbor, we hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey.

Under 5 years old:
- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
- From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 10 years old: 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
From 11 years old:
- Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
- Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
