Day 1Hanoi - Cat Ba - Hanoi

Timeline

06:30 – 07:00: Pick up at hotel and transfer to the meeting point and departure to Cat Ba archipelago.
10:15 – 10:30: Reach Cat Ba Island, drive on a scenic coastal from Cai Vieng Port to Beo Harbor.
11:00: Enjoying welcomed drink while listening to safety instruction, itinerarie, and notes.
- Cruise slowly into the poetic scenery of Cai Beo ancient floating fishing village with the local houses lying along the mountainside. You will be surprised at the peaceful beauty of this 7,000-year-old village. The cruise moves further into the core of bay by passing East Gate, Tortoise island and where you are amazed by the gift of Mother Nature by a large bay area, the phenomenal emerald water embracing hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes.
11:30: Savor a delicious fresh sea food lunch (Buffet lunch is served from 40 guests up)
13:00: Set sails to Viet Hai Port where you will take electric car/bicycle to the ancient Viet Hai Village. Experience a unique fish-foot massage, stroll through well-preserved traditional houses, or engage in conversations with local residents for a truly memorable experience.
14:30: Kayaking – Swimming
- Stop for swimming and kayaking in the bay will be chosen by captain for the group to experience interesting activities as swimming, boat-jumping, water slide, kayaking,…
- (We highly recommend that you must wear a life jacket when swimming/ kayaking/playing with water slide…for a safe journey).
15:40: The boat begins its journey back to Beo Pier. It is perfect time to relax yourself on the top deck with a cup of drink.
16:15: Sunset party is served with fresh fruit, biscuits & tea.
16:45: Return to Beo Dock, say ”Goodbye” and Get on the bus back to Ha Noi.
20:30: Arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter, and transfer back to the hotel by transit car.

NOTE: Pick up and drop off by limousine shuttle bus is applied for hotels in The Old Quarter

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
