 Verified 4 hour tour of Hanoi -old quarter, train street, rickshaw, mausoleum Miami was our tour guide, she was magnificent! We did a private tour with just my husband and I. She was so informative, and explained so much about the culture and history of Vietnam. It was our first visit, so we learned a lot. She answered all of our many questions, and her English was excellent! When we booked our trip she adjusted the things to see based on our interest. I would highly recommend!  Verified One of the memorable trips of my life This trip to vietnam was one of the memorable trips of my life because of the wonderfull services provided by Vietnam stories, the wing of the Indochina travel group looking after Indian clients. They booked all the facilities that were promised in the itinerary and were transparent. The locations they booked were always in the heart of city giving you also enough opportunities to explore. They made are trip comfortable and went out of the way to arrange fireworks viewing in Da Nang. The people of Vietnam are polite, friendly and the country is beautiful.

08:00 – 08:30: You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Tuan Chau harbor by shuttle bus (NO GUIDE).
11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor.
11:45 – 12:30: Transfer by tender boat to Velar of the Sea Cruise.
12:30: The Cruise Manager and crew member welcome you onboard with guiding information and a safety briefing. Enjoy a fabulous lunch in our restaurant.
- During lunch time, our cruise starts to sail through the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, a geological extension of Halong Bay which is less visited, less inhabited and therefore has the extra appeal of being a more peaceful place.
- Check in your cabin.
14:30 – 16:00: Visit Bright Cave by bamboo boat rowed by the local fishermen, a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and high stone cliffs.
16:30 – 17:00: Enjoy swimming in the private emerald water.
17:00: We return to Velar of the Seas Cruise and join some interesting activities such as cooking demonstrations, sunset parties and relax on the sundeck to catch the daily spectacular of a gorgeous panorama.Don’t miss the Happy Hour at our bar as well. After that, the captain will let the cruise stop at a quiet area of the bay.
19:00: A special dinner of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served.
20:45: In the late evening, take your leisure time to chat at the bar, playing games, squid fishing, singing karaoke …

06:00: Be an early riser and attend healthy Tai Chi practice on the sundeck. Sunrise photography is awesome.
06:45 – 07:30: Enjoy breakfast in the restaurant.
08:00 – 08:15: You will join a day cruise and transfer to Viet Hai, a small village in the midst of jungles, covered by high mountains. The village is situated in the heart of Cat Ba National Park, which belongs to Cat Hai district of Hai Phong city.
10:00: Upon arrival, take a bike ride along the small path through the rain forests. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way, stop at the village to relax, and visit an ancient local house which is made from straw, mud, bamboo, etc…
- Arrive at Viet Hai, visit some local houses to learn about the culture, customs and daily life of the local people.
12:00: Back to the day cruise for a visit to Lan Ha Bay. Lunch will be served on board.
13:30: The cruise takes you to the pristine beach area – Ba Trai Dao beach. This is the most beautiful beach in Lan Ha Bay with amazing nature white sand, very quiet and fewer tourists. You are free to swim or participate in kayaking activity.
15:15 – 15:30: Get on the day cruise for a transfer back and back to Velar of the Seas Cruise.
16:30: We return to Velar of the Sea Cruise and join some interesting activities such as cooking demonstration, sunset party and relax on the sundeck to catch the daily spectacular of a gorgeous panorama Don’t miss the Happy Hour at our bar as well. Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
