Booked 2, 2 day private tours and money was well spent. Private tours means you can where possible avoid crowds and gain entry and exit quicker. Hai and Lun who we had for both days were professional and very prompt. They also could read when our energy was getting low and adapted the tour to our needs. Also understood when to chat and not as we spent a few hours travel time in car. If you’re wanting to explore Hanoi and the outer areas of Hanoi spend the extra money and book through this company. Viator and other sites are good for quick trips but for longer trips use Indochina group who are very professional

We had the great pleasure of having Hai Nguyen as our guide on today’s Bai Dinh Pagoda–Trang An tour, organised by Indochina Travel Group, and he truly made the day special. Hai was a wonderful representative of the friendly and welcoming Vietnamese culture. From the very beginning, he was warm, friendly and professional, and he always took the time to accommodate our wishes and make sure we were comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, not only about the places we visited, but also about Vietnamese history, culture and many other subjects. We really enjoyed our conversations with him and appreciated the way he shared his knowledge in such an engaging and personal way. Day 1Ho Chi Minh Arrival - Cu Chi Tunnels - Joint In Tour

Timeline

Upon Ho Chi Minh city, you will be pick up and transfer to hotel. (Check in time is 14h00)
12h30 – 13h00: Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.
- Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time.
- Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.
- Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war.
- Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
- Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

Day 2Mekong Delta - Flight To Da Nang (B/L) - - Joint In Tour

Timeline

7h30 – 8h00: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at hotel and leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River.
- Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century.
- Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
- Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around the country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people.
- Visit the fruit plantation.
- Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.
- Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.
- In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Transfer to airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be picked and transfer to hotel for check in

Day 3Marble Mountain - Hoi An Ancient Town - Release Lartern On The River (B/D) - Joint In Tour

15h00: We will pick you up at the rendezvous, and start visiting the Non Nuoc Village at the foot of Marble Mountains. The village is famous for stone sculptures and handicrafts. Here you can admire many works of art made from stone and marble by the local artists.
17h00: Saying goodbye to the Marble Mountains and the Non Nuoc village, we will go to Hoi An ancient town. Arriving Hoi An, we will walk around this town, visit the ancient houses, ancient assembly halls, ancestral temples, and the symbol of Hoi An, Japanese Bridge Pagoda. In Hoi An, everything is preserved as it was hundreds years ago. At night time, Hoi An shows its beauty with colorful lanterns hung all around the town, and in the night market, where you can buy various kinds of souvenirs. Get on boat to enjoy the release lanterns on the river.
19h00: We will introduce to you the specialties of Hoi An at dinner.
20h00 – 21h00: After the meal, we will go back to your hotel.

Day 4Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge - Flight To Hanoi (B/L) - Joint In Tour

7h30: We pick you up at the hotel and start to visit Ba Na Hills – also known as the second DaLat in Central Vietnam.
9h30: You will be carried to the peak by cable car system that won 4 World’s Records (longest one-wire sling; the longest distance between each station; the longest unpatched wire; and finally the heaviest cable roll), admire the epic view and enjoy the fresh air here.
10h00: Explore Golden Bridge, sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang. Walking around and taking photos at Le Jardin D’Amour (the Flower Garden of Love), Linh Ung Pagoda, with 27m – height Shakyamuni statue on 6m – height lotus brings tourists peaceful feeling as visiting this place. Enjoy the panorama of Da Nang city. The next destination of your trip in Ba Na is French Village. You will feel free to visit the holy places in Ba Na: the Linh Tu Temple, the Temple of Mother Nature, the Belfry, the Phong Tu Tower, or the French village. From this area, all the sceneries of Ba Na – Quang Nam’s nature is below your feet.
12h00: You will take a rest and have buffet as lunch in Restaurant. After lunch, you can experience many thrilling rides and games such, love wheel, fire race and ghosts’ house in Fantasy Park – the world-class indoor amusement park. 08:15 – 08:45: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.
11:45 – 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of La Pandora cruises.
12:45 – 13:00: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.
13:00 – 13:15: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
17:30: Back to La Pandora Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. 06:30: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
07:15: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
09:15: Back to our La Pandora Cruise, relax before checking out.
10:00: Lunch is served on board.
11h35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina and leave for Ha Noi on our shuttle. Back to hotel. Check in
16h30: Our guide and driver will come to hotel and transfer to Sky Observation at Lotte Buiding. It is on the 65F, 267m high from the ground with large space.We have the Photo Zone in B1F, the Photo Counter and the Photo at Skywalk in the 65F so you can taking and buying photo, including photo frame. The Media Gallery is exciting, including Inner U&I machine to test the romantic degree for couple. We also have the Lotteria and Angel In Us Coffee.
Continue to visit train street and enjoy egg coffee here while waiting train passing. It is most yomost feelling.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
