 Verified 4 hour tour of Hanoi -old quarter, train street, rickshaw, mausoleum Miami was our tour guide, she was magnificent! We did a private tour with just my husband and I. She was so informative, and explained so much about the culture and history of Vietnam. It was our first visit, so we learned a lot. She answered all of our many questions, and her English was excellent! When we booked our trip she adjusted the things to see based on our interest. I would highly recommend!  Verified One of the memorable trips of my life This trip to vietnam was one of the memorable trips of my life because of the wonderfull services provided by Vietnam stories, the wing of the Indochina travel group looking after Indian clients. They booked all the facilities that were promised in the itinerary and were transparent. The locations they booked were always in the heart of city giving you also enough opportunities to explore. They made are trip comfortable and went out of the way to arrange fireworks viewing in Da Nang. The people of Vietnam are polite, friendly and the country is beautiful.

Day 2Hanoi - Halong Bay Day Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Timeline:

8h00 – 8h30: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Halong Bay via expressway.
10h30: Relax for 20 minutes.
12h00 – 12h30: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to Cruise. Our 6-hour, 2-day sleeper boat tour itinerary is known for its spectacular waterways, uninhabited islets and outcrops, and imaginative naming by the locals based on their perceived shapes. We will provide buffet lunch aboard the boat.
14h00: Visit Surprising Cave to see many sea life-shaped stalagmites and stalagtiles.
15h00: Visit Titov Island, a sandy beach to the limestone mountain with a stunning bay backdrop, and climb Titov Peak for a paradise-like bay panorama.
16h00: Explore Luon Cave‘s lovely Lagoon by kayak or bamboo boat. Cruise back to Tuan Chau harbor.
17h00 – 17h30: There is plenty of time for sunset parties with red wine, tea, cakes, sunbathing on the upper deck with music, and group tours of world-famous natural landscapes.
18h00 – 18h30: Bus back to Hanoi via expressway, 20 – 30 minute stop.
20:30 – 21h00: Hotel arrival.

Day 3Hoa Lu - Mua Cave - Trang An (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour - Flight to Ho Chi Minh

Ninh Binh

Timeline:

7h30 – 7h45: Our tour guide will collect you from your hotel. We transport you to Ninh Binh province, which is approximately 120 kilometers from Hanoi.
9h30: Take a brief 20-minute respite to unwind.
10h30: The initial stop on this journey is the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. Vietnam’s inaugural capital is this location. Come to Hoa Lu to discover the rationale behind the relocation of the capital to Hanoi. When you enter the sanctuaries of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, which were constructed in the 17th century, you are struck by the exceptional architecture. Attempt to experience the archaic ambiance of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu.
11h45: A buffet lunch will be served at the restaurant, featuring a variety of local dishes such as fried rice and goat meat. The buffet lunch is consistently stocked with vegetarian options.
13h00: Visit Trang An, which was designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2014. The amazing subterranean cave system of Trang An is the reason why Kong’s Movie Group selected this location for the 2016 remake of Kong, “Skull Island.” Visit Trang An by boat to witness the breathtaking majesty of this landscape, which includes numerous caves, including Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dark Cave), and Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine Cave), as well as a green river and a natural landscape.
15h30: Board the shuttle to travel to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). You can ascend nearly 500 stairs to the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc.
16h30 – 17h00: Board the bus to return to Hanoi, transfer to the airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to hotel for check in.

Day 4Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast) - Joint in tour

Cu Chi Tunnels

Timeline:

You are free at hotel in the morning.
12h30 – 13h00: Our driver will come to pick you up at hotel and depart to Cu Chi takes about 1.5 hours.
Before entering the tunnels, you’ll get a brief explanation and a movie about how they were built and how the inhabitants survived the war. Explore the remaining area and tunnel systems, which include special-built living areas with kitchens and bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers to help tunnel residents meet their basic needs. For wartime security, the maze-like tunnels have several hidden trap doors and hazardous traps. Special tea and cassava (guerilla cuisine during conflict) will follow.
Relaxation or real gun shooting time. Overnight at the hotel.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
