Timeline

08:00 – 08:30: the driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to Halong Bay.
11:00 – 11:45: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City) and enjoy hot tea or coffee served here.
11:45 – 12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
12:30 – 12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.
12:45 – 14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
15:00 – 16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
15:30 – 17:00: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa* or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
17:00 – 18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).
19:00: Savor a premium dinner at the restaurant. (Dress code: formal/semi formal/smart casual)
21:00 – 23:00: After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, or movies at your cabin.

Timeline

06:00 – 06:30: Start your day with a Tai chi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge. (depends on weather conditions).
06:30 – 07:00: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
07:00 – 08:00: Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to admire the cave’s interior (passengers can choose one of these two free activities).
08:30 – 09:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
10:15 – 10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Halong International Cruise Port by speedboat.
11:00 – 12:00: Picked up by DCar Limousine and transfer to Hanoi.

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)

From 5 to 10 years old:

01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Cancellation policy for Tours

30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure
50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure
75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure
100% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or no show

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).
I found them online and detailed conversation with Ms Channy, we finalised the same .She sent us the detailed itinerary covering three cities, namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.
In a nutshell, it was a fabulous experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.
