Current Ninh Binh tourism information lists four boat routes. Choose by time and route character rather than by a generic “best route” label.- Route 1 — allow about 3 hours: the cave-heavy option, with nine caves and three spiritual sites including Trinh Temple and Tran Temple. Choose this if the cave network is your priority and you are comfortable with the longer boat time.
