At our exclusive lounge located within Tuan Chau Harbor, you will be greeted with a refreshing Welcome drink and a delightful Amuse-bouche to begin your journey.

12:15 Briefing on itinerary, safety rules, and cabin check-in.

Guests will transfer by boat to Calista Cruise and be guided to the Bayview Restaurant on the 2nd floor to enjoy a welcome drink. The cruise manager will provide itinerary details and safety instructions. Guests will complete check-in, receive their keys, and relax in their cabins.
(Your luggage will be placed at your cabin door)

13:00 – 14:30 Enjoy your lunch

Savor a carefully curated gourmet menu crafted by talented Vietnamese culinary experts at the elegant Bayview Dining Restaurant. Guests can indulge in exquisite dishes while enjoying the open-air ambiance and admiring iconic landmarks such as Hoa Cuong Fishing Village and Finger Islet as the cruise glides through the breathtaking Halong Bay.

15:00 – 17:00 Explore Sung Sot Cave or Titop Island
Embark on a journey to Sung Sot Cave, the brightest gem in the heart of Halong Bay.

Under 5 years old:

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin).
From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed).

From 5 to 10 years old:

01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults.
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).
I found them online and detailed conversation with Ms Channy, we finalised the same .She sent us the detailed itinerary covering three cities, namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
