Day 1Hanoi - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay On Rita Cruise (L/ D)

Timeline

08:00 – 8:50: Our Limousine pick you up at your hotel (NO GUIDE).
09:00: Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.
10:30: Arrive in Hai Duong province and have 20 minutes short break.
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to 16B (Alisa & Rita Cruise Check-in Lounge) Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:00 – 12:30: Transferred by Tender to Rita Cruise. Welcome to Rita Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.
13:00 – 13h40: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood buffer or set menu lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor were belonged to Cat Ba area.
15:00: Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Customers will participate in outdoor activities and choose options between Kayaking Or sitting on bamboo boat for about 1 hour.
16:00: The Ship move to Tra Bau area and reaching there at 16h50. Here you are free to swim around the boat for a period of 45 minutes.
17:30 – 18:30: Enjoy the Happy hours “Buy 2 get 1 free” drink program at the Mimosa Cafe Lounge and the Sky bar on 5th floor.
18:30 – 19:10: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Rita Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.
19:10 – 19:30: Dinner will be served at the restaurant on the 4th floor. After dinner, you have free time to participate in nightlife activities such as Squid Fishing on the 1st floor, listen to music, enjoy drinks or Singing Karaoke in our special room on 5th floor, please contact us to register.

Day 2Lan Ha Bay - Tai Chi Lesson - Frog Pond Area - Hanoi (B/ Brunch)

Timeline

06:30 – 07:00: Tai chi exercise at 5th floor Sundeck to welcome a new day (Optional).
07:00 – 7:45: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee then having breakfast at our restaurant.
08:00: The Ship Passing by the Frog Pond area for sightseeing where the Hollywood blockbuster movie King Kong was filmed. Customers can take Sea Swimming or Go Kayaking in 45 minutes around the mother boat.
09:30: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin. Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure.
10:00: Have buffet lunch at the cruise while cruising towards the port.
11:00 – 11:20: Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat. Farewell.
11:30 – 12:00: Return to Hanoi by Limousine.
13:50 – 14:00: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax for 15 minutes.
15:00 – 15:20: Arrive in Hanoi.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure
50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure
75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).
I found them online and detailed conversation with Ms Channy, we finalised the same .She sent us the detailed itinerary covering three cities, namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh.

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
