Day 1Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

Timeline

08:00 – 8:50: Our group Limousine pick you up at your hotel.
09:00: Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.
10:30: Arrive in Hai Duong province and have 20 minutes short break.
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.
12:00 – 12:30: Transferred by speedboat to Rita Cruise. Welcome to Rita Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.
13:00 – 13h30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood buffer or set menu lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
- Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor were belonged to Cat Ba area.
15:00: Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Customers will participate in outdoor activities and choose options between Kayaking Or sitting on bamboo boat for about 1 hour.
16:00: The Ship move to Tra Bau area and reaching there at 16h50. Here you are free to swim around the boat
for a period of 45 minutes.
17:30 – 18:30: Enjoy the Happy hours “Buy 2 get 1 free” drink program at the Mimosa Cafe Lounge and the Sky bar on 5th floor.
18:30 – 19:10: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Rita Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.
19:10 – 19:30: Dinner will be served at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
After dinner, you have free times to participate in nightlife activities such as Squid Fishing on the 1st floor, listen to music, enjoy drinks or Singing Karaoke in our special room on 5th floor, please contact us to register.

Day 2Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)

Timeline

Today we shall have a deeper exploration of Lan Ha Bay using our Small Day-Boat cruising through the multiple islands & islets, hidden beaches… also a short visit on bicycles to Viet Hai village, an isolated village in the very heart of Cat Ba National Park.
06:45: The breakfast is ready at the restaurant. Today you can wakeup late then have breakfast before departure. Please be ready at the reception latest 08.30.
08:20 – 08:45: You will be transferred to the Small Day-Boat then go to the south of Lan Ha Bay and heading to Viet Hai village. Please note that you will spend whole daylight in the village and on the Daily Boat and only come back to Rita Cruise around 16:00 – 16:30.
09:00: Small Day-Boat goes through Lan Ha Bay before disembarking at Viet Hai dock.
10:00: Go cycling a short trip of 5km to Viet Hai village – a small village in the midst of the jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area has become popular with foreign tourists, without attracting the mass tourism so that it is still very rustic. For those who are not fancy with cycling will be arranged by electric car.
11:30: Return to the dock and board our Small Day-Boat again to sail further to the other side of Lan Ha Bay.
12:00: Enjoy the lunch with beautiful view.
13:00 – 14:00: Kayaking around Tai Keo cave area, a tunnel cave, to a lake like “Dragon eye”.
14:00 – 14:30: We move on to some hidden beaches around Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area.
14:30 – 15:30: You are free to go swimming in this beautiful & clean area.
16:00 – 16:30: Transferring back to Rita Cruise, take time to refresh or enjoy the jacuzzi pool or you can do the kayaking and swimming around the boat again.
17:15: The Rita Cruise is moving to cruises sleeping area.
18:00: We serve you the small tea break on the sundeck under beautiful sunset.
18:15: Come and join with us in the cooking class “How to make deep fried spring rolls” at outside of the restaurant.
19:00: It’s time for dinner.
After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching TV in your room. Stay overnight on Rita Cruise.

Day 3Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi (B/Brunch)

06:30 – 07:00: Tai chi exercise at 5th floor Sundeck to welcome a new day (Optional)
07:00 – 7:45: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee then having breakfast at our restaurant.
08:00: The Ship Passing by the Frog Pond area for sightseeing where the Hollywood blockbuster movie King Kong was filmed.
- Customers can take Sea Swimming or Go Kayaking in 45 minutes around the mother boat.
09:30: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin. Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure.
10:00: Have buffet lunch at the cruise while cruising towards the port.
11:00 – 11:20: Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat. Farewell.
11:00 – 12:30: Return to Hanoi by Limousine (service reserved).
13:50 – 14:00: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax for 15 minutes.
15:00 – 15:20: Arrive in Hanoi.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
