About Author Hana
Introduction
I'm Hana, a travel writer at VietnamStory.in, where I help Indian travellers understand Vietnam with clarity, honesty, and real-world experience. My goal is simple: to make every traveller feel confident and well-prepared before starting their journey. Every guide I write is built from real insights, real conversations, and real travel—not generic information found online.
At VietnamStory, thousands of Indian guests reach out with questions each month—from itinerary planning and vegetarian food availability to choosing the right city, hotel, or cruise. My writing exists because travellers deserve practical answers they can trust, explained in a way that feels friendly, clear, and easy to follow.
To understand what Indian visitors truly care about, I regularly speak with VietnamStory travellers before and after their tours. Their concerns, expectations, and honest feedback shape the foundation of my content. These conversations show me what matters most—and what information travellers often cannot find anywhere else.
I also work closely with our tour leaders, guides, and operations team who experience Vietnam every day. Their reports help me keep track of real-time changes, service updates, route adjustments, and traveller preferences. Whenever possible, I join familiarization trips myself to inspect hotels, test transfers, visit attractions, and experience the flow of itineraries exactly as our guests do.
This combination of traveller insights, on-ground feedback, and personal experience allows me to write content that is practical, honest, and deeply connected to real travel conditions—so Indian travellers know exactly what to expect from their Vietnam journey.
What I Write
My content covers the full spectrum of Vietnam travel for Indian visitors, including destination guides, tour package explanations, hotel insights, city-by-city planning help, and practical topics such as visas, SIM/eSIM, payments, and safety. Everything is written based on the real questions travellers ask every day.
How I Build My Content
1. I speak directly with travellers.
Before and after their trips, I chat with guests via WhatsApp, calls, and email. Their real experiences reveal what
Indian travellers truly care about and what they often feel uncertain about.
2. I collect insights from our tour leaders and local guides.
Our on-ground team provides daily feedback about routes, hotels, activities, and guest experience—ensuring every guide
is updated based on real operations, not outdated assumptions.
3. I review itineraries, services, and guest feedback.
Whenever an itinerary changes, a service improves, or a partner updates policies, I update the content immediately to
keep everything accurate and reliable.
4. I join familiarization trips & experience routes myself.
I personally visit hotels, test transfers, join tours, and explore attractions whenever possible. These firsthand
experiences allow me to write in a way that reflects real travel conditions—so travellers know exactly what to expect.
5. I simplify everything for first-time Indian visitors.
Indian travellers prefer clarity and reliability. Every guide I write is designed to feel like advice from a trusted
local friend—clear, practical, and easy to follow.
