During these months, the islands are often inaccessible to tourists due to strong winds, rough seas, and very poor visibility. - An alternative experience: For non-swimmers or those who are a bit nervous in the water, Sea Trekking (or Sea Walking) is a fantastic and unique alternative. This activity, often available at Hon Nhon Island, allows you to wear a specialized helmet that supplies you with oxygen and simply walk on the seabed, getting an up-close view of the marine life without any swimming required!

Getting to the Cham Islands for your tour
Almost all reputable tours will include a convenient hotel pickup from your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang. They will then transfer you to the Cua Dai Wharf, which is the main departure port for the islands.
