Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Day 1Hanoi Arrival

Hanoi City

Timeline:

Welcome to Hanoi, you will be collected by our driver Hanoi Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Check in time is 14h00.

Day 2Hanoi - Halong Bay full day (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Halong Bay

Timeline:

8h15 – 8h50: Get picked up at the hotel to depart for Halong Bay. Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 3 hour drive)
12h00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on 5 STARS LUXURY CRUISE with our crew’s warmly welcome. Then start the excursion to discovery the beauty of the world heritage site
12h30: Enjoy a special lunch with more than 30 dishes on the boat .While having lunch, the boat will passing by the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Burner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
14h00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites
14h45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15h15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay
16h00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (with wine, tea, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor
17h45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi

Day 4Bana Hills - Golden Bridge (Breakfast/Lunch)

Bana Hills

Timeline:

07h30: Being picked up at hotel in Hoi An. Transfer to Ba Na Hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na Hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, The Old Villas of French, the Golden Bridge… Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. Buffet lunch will be severed at the restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will be free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours). Or discover Ba Na hills on your own.
15h00: Back to the cable car. Then, you will be transferred back to Hoi An. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6Hoi An - Da Nang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast)

Timeline:

Our driver will pick you up to transfer to the airport to take your domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Once arrive in Ho Chi Minh, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check in by our tour guide and driver. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast) - Joint in tour

Cu Chi Tunnels

Timeline:

12h30 – 13h00: Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 8Mekong Delta full day (Breakfast/Lunch) -Joint in tour

Mekong Delta

Timeline:

07h30 – 08h00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 2,5 hours to Cai Be. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilet. Here are some activities on the trip:
- Visit a flea market and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels of Mekong River.
- Have some fresh fruits and visit some local cottage industries (coconut candy workshop, snake wine, pop-rice, or rice paper)
- Visit an island named Tan Phong and a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and enjoy getting in touch with local life.
- Join a cooking demonstration and enjoy your wonderful lunch afterward.
- Take a cycling tour of about 30 minutes around the village -a fantastic way to experience local life.
Get back to the house, say goodbye to your hosts.
17h30 – 18:00: Arrive Ho Chi Minh, be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.
