Booked 2, 2 day private tours and money was well spent. Private tours means you can where possible avoid crowds and gain entry and exit quicker. Hai and Lun who we had for both days were professional and very prompt. They also could read when our energy was getting low and adapted the tour to our needs. Also understood when to chat and not as we spent a few hours travel time in car. If you’re wanting to explore Hanoi and the outer areas of Hanoi spend the extra money and book through this company. We have done a private tour going to: HOA LU TEMPLE - MUA CAVE - TRANG AN Miami was our lovely tour guide. Her English was excellent and clear. She hosting us in the perfect possible way. We had a late arrival the day before and left us to rest during the 2,5 hour drive. Day 2Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight On Cruise (B/L/D)- Joint in tour

Timeline

08:15 – 08:45: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.
11:45 – 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of La Pandora cruises.
12:45 – 13:00: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.
13:00 – 13:15: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
17:30: Back to La Pandora Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. Day 4Bana Hills - Golden Bridge (B/L)- Joint in tour

07h30- 8h00: We pick you up at the hotel and start to visit Ba Na Hills – also known as the second Dalat in Central Vietnam.
9h30: You will be carried to the peak by cable car system that won 4 World’s Records (longest one-wire sling; the longest distance between each station; the longest unpatched wire; and finally the heaviest cable roll), admire the epic view and enjoy the fresh air here.
10h00: Explore Golden Bridge, sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang.
- Walking around and taking photos at Le Jardin D’Amour (the Flower Garden of Love), Linh Ung Pagoda, with 27m – height Shakyamuni statue on 6m – height lotus brings tourists peaceful feeling as visiting this place. Enjoy the panorama of Da Nang city.
- The next destination of your trip in Ba Na is French Village. You will feel free to visit the holy places in Ba Na: the Linh Tu Temple, the Temple of Mother Nature, the Belfry, the Phong Tu Tower, or the French village. From this area, all the sceneries of Ba Na – Quang Nam’s nature is below your feet.
12h00: You will take a rest and have buffet as lunch in Restaurant by your account.
After lunch, you can experience many thrilling rides and games such as slide-way, love wheel, fire race and ghosts’ house in Fantasy Park – the world-class indoor amusement park. Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
