08:00 – 08:30: The group car will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to the cruise,
11:45: Arrival in Catherine Cruise’s Lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, where you enjoy a Catherine homemade welcome drink and meet the crew.
12:15: Check-in onboard.
12:30: Have lunch.
14:30: Time to explore the spectacular beauty of Halong Bay by kayaking/sampan boat at Luon Cave.
17:30: Relax with Happy Hour promotion (Buy One Get One Free) and join in the special afternoon tea and Cooking demonstration.
19:15: Dinner with set menu is served.
20:45: Evening Activities. Have squid fishing or play mini-golf, games like poker as well as spa services. Overnight on cruise.

Day 2Halong Bay (B/L/D)

07:45: Visit Sung Sot Cave – the largest cave in Halong Bay which is in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage area. Rubber shoes and sandals are highly recommended.
09:45: Full brunch buffet was served in the dining room while cruising back to the main port. Settles your bills at the reception counter.
12:30: Have lunch
15:45: Time to visit Titop Island for hiking or swimming (Towels are supplied).
17:30: Relax with Happy Hour promotion (Buy One Get One Free) and join in the special afternoon tea and Cooking demonstration.
19:15: Dinner with set menu is served.
20:45: Catherine Charm: night tour by tender.

Day 3Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/Brunch)

09:15: Room check-out: After visiting the cave, return to our Catherine Cruise to pack your luggage and check-out.

10:45: Disembark Catherine vessel at Tuan Chau marina.
11:00 – 12:00: The group car will take you to Halong Bay.

Under 5 years old:

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)

From 5 to 10 years old:

01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Cancellation policy for Tours

30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure
50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure
75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.
