Day 1Ho Chi Minh arrival

Ho Chi Minh City

Timeline:

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend of traditional and modern beauties. At Tan Son Nhat Airport, your driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to check-in (Check in time is 14h00).
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 2Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Cu Chi Tunnels

Timeline:

At 7h30 – 8h00: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. We will visit the following places of interest:
- Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
- War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
- Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
- Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.
After a few hours discovering the city, you will enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi.
- Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.
- The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Vietnam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.
- From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period!
- There is a shooting range where you can try to fire an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for a fee (this fee is not included)
- Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home.
We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city and drop you to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3Mekong Delta full day (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Mekong Delta

Timeline:

7h30 – 8h00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 2,5 hours to Cai Be. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilet. Here are some activities on the trip:
- Visit a flea market and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels of Mekong River.
- Have some fresh fruits and visit some local cottage industries (coconut candy workshop, snake wine, pop-rice, or rice paper)
- Visit an island named Tan Phong and a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and enjoy getting in touch with local life.
- Join a cooking demonstration and enjoy your wonderful lunch afterward.
- Take a cycling tour of about 30 minutes around the village -a fantastic way to experience local life.
Get back to the house, say goodbye to your hosts.
17h30 – 18h00: Arrive Ho Chi Minh, be dropped off at your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Da Nang (Breakfast)

Timeline:

At the good time this morning, you will be transferred to the airport for a short flight to Danang city.
Upon arrival to Danang, our driver will pick you up and transfer to the hotel to check in. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Golden bridge

Timeline:

9h00: Be picked up at hotel in Da Nang. Transfer to Ba Na Hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na Hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, The Old Villas of French, the Golden Bridge… Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Ninh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. Buffet lunch will be severed at the restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will be free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours). Or discover Ba Na hills on your own.
15h00: Back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Free at your leisure until being transferred to the airport to take your domestic flight to Hanoi.

Day 7Bai Dinh - Trang An (Breakfast/Lunch) -Joint in tour

Timeline:

7h45 – 8h30: Depart to Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang An eco-tourism site. Have a short break en-route to free your legs.
10h30 – 11h00: Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda – Southeast Asia’s largest Buddhist complex which consists of several temples and over 500 intricately carved statues of Buddha
12h30: Then, you will have lunch in a restaurant with local special dishes.
13h30: We will visit Trang An by a boat trip through cave chains and an exciting “Kong – Skull Island” film studio.
18h30 – 19h00: You will be dropped at your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8Halong Bay Day cruise (Breakfast/Lunch) - Joint in tour

Timeline:

7h30 – 8h00: Pick up at the hotel and start 3.5-hour scenic – drive to Halong Bay.
12h45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, and then embark a Day cruise followed by a short cruise briefing. Have lunch and cruise through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, stop at Ba Hang fishing village for kayaking or sit in a sampan boat rowed by locals. Visit Fighting-Cock islet and the Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung) cave
Have tea break while enjoying local finger food and sunset in Halong Bay.
16h45 – 17h15: Back to the harbor. Disembark and get on the bus back to Hanoi.
20h30: Drop off at your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Our tour run everyday, but our main focus are private tours for small group like couple or family. To request a customized tour, please note it down in your special request, send us your detail requirement and we will work closely with you to tailor your unforgettable trips.

Can I amend after I have booked?

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!
