Timeline

7:30 – 8:00: Pick-up from your hotel. You’ll be transferred to Halong Bay.
11:30 – 12:00: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, our cruise staff will warmly welcome you in the waiting lounge and. assist you with the check-in process.
12:00: After boarding the Amanda Cruise, our crew will offer you a refreshing drink and cold towel before you check into your cabin. The ship will depart from Tuan Chau Marina and take you on a thrilling journey to explore the beauty of Halong Bay. You can enjoy the. stunning view of some of the most beautiful spots in Halong Bay and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands. while the vessel heads to Trinh Nu Cave.
- You will be served a delicious lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while the vessel cruises towards Trinh Nu Cave.
14:00: Return to your cabin for a short rest and prepare for kayaking activities in Trinh Nu Cave area.
15:00: You will be transferred to Trinh Nu Cave by tender.
- Upon arriving at Trinh Nu Cave area, you will participate in kayaking activities here. To get to Trinh Nu beach, you need to kayak. around thousand-year-old limestone formations and then walk for 5 minutes through Trinh Nu Cave. Trinh Nu beach will amaze you. with its white sand, emerald water, and pleasant weather condition.
17:30 – 18:00: Back on board, you can participate in the Sunset party & cooking class while the vessel cruises towards the shore. You can relax and enjoy sipping traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amidst the beautiful scenery and the stunning sunset. Halong Bay is calm during the day, but it becomes even more tranquil and peaceful when the sun goes down.
- You will be instructed by our chef to make delicious traditional Vietnamese steamed rice rolls, and then you can enjoy the rolls that you have made.
17:30 – 18:30: Enjoy Happy Hour – BUY 2 DRINKS GET 1 FOR FREE.
19:30: Gala Dinner. You can enjoy your dinner on the Sundeck (if the weather is favorable).
20:30: After dinner, you can enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as. massage (subject to additional charge), herbal wood foot bath in your room (free of charge 01 herbal bag for each cabin) or enjoy music and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring the breathtaking view of the Bay at night and go squid fishing.
The cruise ship will anchor for your peaceful night stay in a quiet area.

Timeline

06:15: Start your day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck.
06:30 – 07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast of coffee, tea, cake, and fruit.
07:30: Explore Sung Sot cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The cave has unique rock formations that cannot be. found anywhere else. The path to the cave entrance is under a canopy of leaves, with steep stone steps giving visitors the feeling of. climbing a mountain and experiencing the excitement of stepping into the sky.
08:30 – 09:30: Return to the boat and take some time to relax in your room, enjoy an herbal foot bath, sunbathe on the sundeck, take. photos of Halong Bay, or shop for souvenirs on board.
09:30: Check-out time. Please place your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will. transfer your luggage to the waiting area. While waiting, you can shop for some of Amanda Cruise’s products.
10:00: Enjoy an early lunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle any outstanding bills.
11:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina.
11:30 – 12:00: Get on the bus and get back to Hanoi.

From 11 years old:

Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults.
Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Four of us retired people, I and my wife , my sister and her husband booked our Vietnam Trip through VIETNAM STORY (INDO CHINA TRAV GROUP).

When I first contacted them through google I was little skeptic . Because so many frauds are happpening nowadays . But after talking to Channy I got the confidence. She was extremely prompt and professional. She also guided me to design the best possible itinerary for a seven days trip covering all three main cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
For me, Da Nang was the best. Anyone visiting Vietnam must visit Da Nang . In terms of natural beauty I will give Vietnam 3.5 out of 5 .
But in-terms of behaviour, warmth, food , spa facility and cost of living I would rate Vietnam 4.8 out of 5.
And as a tour operator I would rank Indo China company 5 on 5 .
Channy and Tony are two gems of this company who were in touch through out the journey over WhatsApp and resolved any issue/ problem within few minutes. We were touched by their thoughtful welcome gift, special lunch on day one and their warm company.
Another important highlight was our smart tour guides who were very smart, sensible and kind. We were immensely charmed by Heidi who was so kind and witty and made the one day Delta tour very special because of her wonderful company.

Great experience from start to finish. Mya was very responsive and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Weather caused a change in plans but right away they came up with an alternate plan and off we went for a great day on our private tour of Ninh Binh. Thuy was a great guide and made sure we had a wonderful experience. A very nice lunch was included and they were careful to accommodate our food allergies. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Pease note that most of Halong bay trips are group tours, that means you will share the limousine transport with other guests to save your money but still feel comfortable. If you would like to get the private transfer, please contact us at anytime to get the deal.
