Booked 2, 2 day private tours and money was well spent. Private tours means you can where possible avoid crowds and gain entry and exit quicker. Hai and Lun who we had for both days were professional and very prompt. They also could read when our energy was getting low and adapted the tour to our needs. Also understood when to chat and not as we spent a few hours travel time in car. If you’re wanting to explore Hanoi and the outer areas of Hanoi spend the extra money and book through this company.
